Interdisciplinary Research in Applied Psychology, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership

Topics to be covered:

In this Seminar, Prof. Wang will talk about an overview of leadership research, and present two examples of emerging and cross-disciplinary research on leadership. One of the studies used event-based experience sampling in leadership research, and the other applied behavioural genetics in leadership research.​

Biography of Speaker


Prof. Wang received her PhD in Management from National University of Singapore. Her research interests include leadership, motivation and emotions, entrepreneurship, social interaction, and behavioural genetics.
